General partners lead the firm, many of whom are former founders / operators, CEOs, or CTOs of successful technology companies, and have domain expertise ranging from data to artificial intelligence, biology to crypto, distributed systems to security, and marketplaces to financial services.

An early partner to the first generation of venture investors
Incarna Capital Partnership is a small, collegial partnership based in New York City. We are generalist investors, working across many sectors and technologies, but with a consistent point of view on how to approach transformative opportunities.
We typically act as lead or co-lead investors, taking an active role in company development. Our “Core” fund invests in early-stage (typically Seed & A) opportunities across all sectors of internet-enabled businesses. We have a decades-long track record of partnering with founders for the long-term, through many ups and downs.
We look to invest across many categories & technologies: entertainment, gaming, consumer products, real estate, bioscience, technology, fintech and web3 & decentralized systems. While we are not experts in any one field, we take a consistent approach in how we invest in each of these sectors, and have supported the growth of large businesses in each of them.
We look to maintain relatively small fund sizes: our first early-stage fund launching in 2025 is just $125mm, and our next fund is forecast to be $275mm. We believe small fund sizes create the most alignment among entrepreneurs, GPs and LPs.
